Firstly, the GM (1,1) model is improved by using the three-point smoothing method to predict the future container throughput; secondly, the logit model is used to simulate the choice behavior of container freighter to container port according to the container port utility; finally, the non-cooperative game and cooperative game revenue of container port group are calculated by using the Bertrand Nash equilibrium model. The results show that the prediction accuracy of container throughput is 0.68% higher than before, and the total operating revenue of cooperative game and non-cooperative game is 52.3% and 35.5% higher than the original revenue, respectively. Methods: 8 month old SPF rats(n=70)were randomly divided into control group (C) and HIIT group (H). Group H exercised alternately with 70% -90% -50% -70% VO2max intensity for 46 minutes / day, 3 days / week, and lasted 24 weeks. Rat liver triglyceride content was tested and liver sections were analyzed. Results: There was a difference in the level of triglycerides between the baseline level of group H and 24 weeks (P = 0.0000); there was no significant difference between the intrahepatic triglycerides of group H rats and that of group C ( P&gt; 0.05). The liver triglyceride content of rats in groups C and H showed a steady downward trend. To determine the theoretical basis for the next dosage form development experiment. The liposome in situ gel developed by ganciclovir can significantly prolong the retention time of the drug in the eye and increase the corneal permeability of the drug. The development of microemulsion gel can also play a better sustained-release effect. Liposome in situ gel is more advantageous than microemulsion gel for the corneal transmittance of ganciclovir in the eye, which is more conducive to improving the effect of ganciclovir and reducing the waste in the use of ophthalmic preparations. By using the method of mathematical statistics, the repeatedly measured data was analyzed in one-way variance. The reliability of these measurements was calculated, and the degree of correlation between each measurement was discussed. The results are pointed out that the reliability coefficients of 5m side slide test and ‘8’ route changing direction run are relative higher(is 0.8721 and 0.9100 respectively), which show fine consistency of the repeated measurement of these two tests; however, the reliability coefficients of quadrant jump (r=0.8096) and left-right span test (r=.7644) are relative lower. By using totally 10-fold cross validations in the interaction test of the model (the interaction test of the model used 10 fold cross validation), we also give a comparison of the model established by genetic algorithm (GA) and full-wave PLS modeling. The results show that the best data preprocessing method is the combination of SG smoothing and range standardization, and the model established by the training set selected by the interval sampling method is superior to the other three methods. Firstly, the original signal is decomposed into intrinsic mode components (IMF) series by VMD, from which the specified IMF components are selected for signal reconstruction according to the correlation coefficient – kurtosis criterion, and then the reconstructed signal is processed with the MOMEDA model for the filtering. Finally, the rotor system fault type is identified through the signal envelope spectrum analysis. The current pruning means are mostly manual pruning, resulting in low pruning efficiency. The identification and extraction of target branch images is a key technology for automated pruning of fruit trees, which has seriously restricted the development of automated pruning of fruit trees. To this end, this paper proposes a branch image filling and extraction algorithm based on peach tree pruning technology. The algorithm is based on the analysis of peach tree branches, leaves and environment to obtain the intrinsic connection of branch images, so as to segment the branch part of the image with the leaf noise and carry out the obscured branch filling process to achieve the repair of the obscured part of the branches and obtain a more complete peach tree branch model. The algorithm was found to have a minimum correct recognition rate of 82.13%, a maximum of 89.79% and an average of 86.65% through experiments. The key factor in reducing the recognition rate is the total number of recognition hyperpoints, which are new pixel points generated during the image processing. These new points do not affect the shape and number of branches, and therefore do not affect the judgement of pruning and the related pruning process. In order to respond to the sustainable development strategy, this paper takes Suzhou traditional dwellings as the research object, analyzes the indoor and outdoor temperatures of typical days in winter and summer, and puts forward 16 renovation schemes by orthogonal experiments on the premise of protecting the style and features of dwellings. DeST software is used to simulate energy consumption, and the best scheme is selected by comprehensive economy and energy saving rate, and the indoor temperatures before and after renovation are simulated and compared. The research shows that the best renovation scheme is: 100mm EPS insulation board for exterior wall, 80mm EPS insulation board for roof and 9mm ordinary insulating glass for exterior window. After transformation, the energy saving rate is 38.6%, the net present value is 19,775.72 yuan, and the static investment payback period is 9.5 years. Based on the internal variable theory of thermodynamics, a soil-water characteristic curve model is proposed, which can comprehensively consider the capillary hysteresis effect and the influence of unsaturated soil volume deformation. Based on the evolution law of microstructure, the moisture distribution in loess under natural humidity was analyzed, and the relationship among pore fractal dimension, unsaturated pore porosity and collapsibility was analyzed by regression analysis. The results show that the larger the pore fractal dimension is, the more complex the pore structure is. The collapsibility coefficient of loess increases with the increase of pore fractal dimension and unsaturated pore porosity, which is the main cause of loess collapsibility.
